Instructions
Whisk together sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Cook chicken in a skillet with oil until browned, then remove.
Stir-fry vegetables in the same pan until tender, then add chicken back with ginger and garlic.
Add sauce and cook until thickened, about 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with sliced green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
