A quick and flavorful chicken stir fry loaded with colorful vegetables, perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup carrots (thinly sliced)

Aromatics & Sauces

  • 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Slice chicken and chop vegetables.
  • Heat oil in a skillet; cook chicken until golden, season with salt and pepper.
  • Add vegetables; stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  • Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and garlic; pour over stir-fry.
  • Stir well and cook for another minute before serving.

For extra flavor, garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
