Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Heat olive oil and melt butter in a large pan. Cook chicken until golden, then add onion and mushrooms; cook until tender.
Add garlic, chili flakes, basil, oregano; cook for 1 minute. Stir in tomato paste and crushed tomatoes; simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix in spinach, cook for 1 minute, then add cooked pasta. Toss well and stir in Parmesan. Season to taste and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, top with additional Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.
