Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced

Vegetables

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)

Sauces & Oils

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions 

  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Stir in garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
  • Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
  • Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth; pour into skillet and cook until thickened.
  • Finish with sesame oil and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped green onions or sesame seeds before serving.
