  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 piece lime zest
  • 2 limes juice of limes

Garnish

Instructions 

  • Mix lime juice, lime zest, garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Marinate chicken breasts with the mixture for at least 10 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and let rest for a few minutes.
  • Slice and serve garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
