A refreshing and cooling soup perfect for hot days, combining fresh cucumbers, yogurt, and herbs.
Ingredients

English cucumbers peeled and deseeded

garlic paste

plain thick yogurt

fresh lime juice

broken and toasted walnuts for garnish
Instructions
Cut cucumbers into chunks and blend with garlic, mint, yogurt, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
Add water and blend again, then season with salt, pepper, and additional lime juice if needed.
Chill the soup until ready to serve, then stir well and ladle into bowls.
Garnish with chopped onion, walnuts, and a sprig of mint before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
