A vibrant and healthy steak salad packed with fresh vegetables, black beans, and a zesty lime dressing.

Instructions
Marinate steak strips with lime juice, sunflower oil, salt, cayenne, and paprika for 5-10 minutes.
Cook onions in oil, add steak and cook 5-7 minutes, then add red peppers and cook 3-5 minutes. Adjust seasoning.
Prepare vegetables: chop lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and red onion. Cook sweetcorn if needed.
Assemble the salad: combine all ingredients, add black beans, lime wedge, sour cream, and feta cheese.
Notes
Feel free to customize the spice levels and add extra toppings like cilantro or jalapeƱos for more flavor.
