A quick and delicious one-pan meal featuring tender beef and crisp broccoli in a savory sauce.
Ingredients
Beef and Broccoli

beef sirloin, sliced
(thinly sliced against the grain)

broccoli florets
(fresh or frozen)

soy sauce

cornstarch
(for thickening)

vegetable oil
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add broccoli and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Mix soy sauce and cornstarch with water, then add to the pan.
Cook until sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
Serve with steamed rice for a complete meal.
