A quick and delicious one-pan meal featuring tender beef and crisp broccoli in a savory sauce.
Ingredients
Beef and Broccoli

beef sirloin, sliced
(thinly sliced against the grain)

broccoli florets

soy sauce
(low sodium preferred)

cornstarch

vegetable oil
Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch to create a marinade for the beef.
Marinate the beef for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and stir-fry the beef until browned.
Add broccoli and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Pour in remaining marinade and cook until sauce thickens.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
Serve with steamed rice for a complete meal.
