A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring ground beef and fresh cabbage, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

Vegetables

green cabbage, thinly sliced

garlic, minced

fresh ginger, grated

low-sodium soy sauce

vegetable oil

green onions
chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
Prepare ingredients: mince garlic and ginger, slice cabbage.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef; cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
Add cabbage; cook until slightly wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
Pour in soy sauce, mix well, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Drizzle sesame oil and garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili sauce.
