frozen corn kernels
1 teaspoon
fresh lime juice
For serving

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush tortillas with oil, slice into strips, bake until crispy, then sprinkle with salt.
In a large pot, cook onion in oil until soft. Add tomato paste, adobo sauce, chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, and cumin; cook 1 minute.
Add diced tomatoes and cook until juices thicken. Stir in stock, beans, and corn; simmer for 12-15 minutes.
Finish with lime juice, adjust salt, and serve with tortilla strips and toppings as desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, roast the tomatoes before adding to the soup.
