A rich, creamy, and healthy freezer fudge made with nuts, cacao, and coconut milk, perfect for a quick treat.
Ingredients
Base

cup
cashews preferably soaked for 1-2 hrs
⅓
cup
Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
⅓
cup
raw cacao powder
¼
cup
almond butter or peanut butter
¼-⅓
cup
maple syrup
half a can
mL
full-fat coconut milk
(498mL can, use half)
¼
cup
chocolate chips or chopped almonds for topping
(optional)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients except toppings until smooth.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture in.
Top with chocolate chips or chopped almonds.
Freeze for 3-4 hours until solid.
Remove from freezer and let sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 3 months.
