Chocolate Almond Butter Freezer Fudge

A rich, creamy, and healthy freezer fudge made with nuts, cacao, and coconut milk, perfect for a quick treat.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup cashews preferably soaked for 1-2 hrs
  • cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
  • cup raw cacao powder
  • ¼ cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • ¼-⅓ cup maple syrup
  • half a can mL full-fat coconut milk (498mL can, use half)
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips or chopped almonds for topping (optional)

Instructions 

  • Blend all ingredients except toppings until smooth.
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture in.
  • Top with chocolate chips or chopped almonds.
  • Freeze for 3-4 hours until solid.
  • Remove from freezer and let sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 3 months.
