Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Mash bananas in a large bowl, then whisk in egg, oil, sugar, and vanilla.
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; fold into wet ingredients.
Stir in 3/4 cup chocolate chips, divide batter into muffin cups, and sprinkle remaining chips on top.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
