Instructions
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat; add 1 Tbsp butter and 1 tsp canola oil.
Pour batter using a ¼ cup measure into the skillet; cook until bubbles form and edges set, about 2-3 minutes.
Flip pancakes and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
Stack pancakes, top with chocolate chips, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the batter.
