1cupshredded coconut, unsweetened
0.5cupalmond flour
0.5cupmaple syrup
0.25cupcoconut oil, melted
0.25cupcocoa powder
0.125teaspoonvanilla extract
0.25teaspoonsalt
Chocolate Topping
0.33cupdark chocolate chips
1tablespooncoconut oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix oats, shredded coconut, almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a large bowl. Whisk melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla, then combine with dry ingredients.
Press mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are browned.
Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth. Pour over baked squares and let set.
Cool completely, then slice into 16 pieces and serve.
