Ingredients

Liquid

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 1 medium banana (preferably frozen) (for creaminess)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional) (for richness)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) (to taste)
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes (optional)

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
