These delicious and nutritious energy bites are perfect for a quick snack or post-workout boost, combining oats, peanut butter, and chocolate in a no-bake treat.

Ingredients

Dried ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey, maple syrup, or agave
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Mix oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, coconut, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips until combined.
  • Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
  • Roll into 1 oz balls, dampening hands if sticky.
  • Refrigerate or freeze to firm up before serving.
