Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
Combine wet and dry, then fold in chocolate chips. Fill muffin cups ⅔ full.
Add peanut butter on top of each batter and swirl with a toothpick.
Bake for 20-22 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, do not overmix the batter to keep muffins tender.
