A rich and creamy chocolate mousse beautifully topped with fresh raspberries, perfect for a decadent dessert.

Ingredients

Gelatin

  • 0.5 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 0.25 cup boiling water

Sugar and cocoa mixture

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder

Whipping cream and vanilla

  • 4 cups cold whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Raspberry decoration

  • 1 cup raspberries for decorations
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp white sugar

Additional gelatin

  • 0.5 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions 

  • Sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand 2 minutes to soften.
  • Add boiling water; stir until dissolved. Cool slightly.
  • Mix sugar and cocoa; add whipping cream and vanilla. Beat until stiff.
  • Pour gelatin mixture into cream; beat until blended. Spoon into dishes and refrigerate 30 minutes.

Notes

Ensure the gelatin is fully dissolved before mixing with the cream for a smooth mousse.
