Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Combine bread and apples in a large bowl.
Whisk together sugars, spices, milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter. Pour over bread and apples; let sit 10 minutes.
Transfer to baking dish and bake 45-50 minutes until golden and set.
Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over pudding. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, let the pudding sit longer before baking.
