A deliciously sweet and cinnamon-spiced bread with apple chunks, perfect for sharing and breakfast treats.

0.75cupwarm milk(around 115 F)
1pkgactive dry yeast
3tbspbutter(melted)
2tbspsugar
1eggegg
3cupsall-purpose flour
1tspsalt
1largeapple(diced)
2/3cupbrown sugar
1tspcinnamon
Glaze
1cuppowdered sugar
1/2tspcinnamon
1tbspmilk
Instructions
Combine warm milk and yeast, let sit until foamy (10 min).
Mix egg and sugar, add melted butter and yeast mixture. Add salt and half of flour, beat 30 sec. Add remaining flour and knead into dough.
Let dough rise in a greased bowl until nearly doubled (about 1 hour).
Roll out dough into a 20x12 inch rectangle. Spread with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar, and add diced apple. Cut into strips, stack, and place in a greased pan. Let rise 30 min.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 35 min, covering with foil last 10 min. Cool 15 min, then drizzle with glaze.
