Ingredients

Fruits and Spices

  • 1 piece red apple (green apple for more tartness)
  • 0.25 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup quick oats (gluten-free or rolled old-fashioned)
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 meedjol date (or date paste, or other sweetener)
  • 3 tablespoons vegan vanilla protein powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 6 ice cubes ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon flaxmeal (or chia seeds)

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Optionally grind oats in the blender for a creamier texture.
  • Adjust thickness by adding more plant milk or frozen fruit if desired.
  • Serve immediately for best freshness.
