A delicious and easy snack featuring roasted pumpkin seeds coated with cinnamon and sugar for a sweet and savory treat.
Ingredients
Pumpkin Seeds

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Dry pumpkin seeds for 30 minutes, then transfer to a baking sheet.
Drizzle seeds with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and mix well.
Roast seeds for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until toasted and crisp.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then toss with roasted seeds.
