A delicious homemade sourdough bread with a crispy crust and chewy interior, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
Dough

bread flour
(preferably bread flour)

ml
water
(lukewarm)

active sourdough starter
(fed and bubbly)

Instructions
Mix flour, water, sourdough starter, and salt until a shaggy dough forms.
Let the dough rest covered for 4 hours, performing a stretch and fold every 30 minutes.
Shape the dough into a round and let it proof for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F) with a Dutch oven inside.
Score the dough, place it in the hot Dutch oven, and bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes.
Notes
Use a banneton basket for shaping if available for a better crust.
