Instructions
Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 30-60 minutes in the refrigerator.
Mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Heat oil in skillet to 350°F (175°C).
Coat chicken in flour mixture and fry until golden, 6-8 minutes, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C). Drain on paper towels.
