  • 0.5 cup unsweetened coconut milk from a can
  • 3 tablespoons caramel syrup plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Drizzle caramel syrup inside two tall glasses.
  • Fill each glass ¾ with ice cubes.
  • Mix coconut milk, caramel syrup, and vanilla in a small pitcher until smooth.
  • Pour ½ cup cold brew into each glass.
  • Pour coconut mixture over cold brew to create swirls, then drizzle with extra caramel.
