A refreshing and fruity beverage perfect for hot days, blending fresh strawberries with coconut milk and a hint of lemon.

Ingredients

Fruits and liquids

  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup coconut milk (full-fat or light)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • as needed ice cubes Ice cubes
  • for garnish Fresh strawberry slices
  • optional Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Combine strawberries, coconut milk, water, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Optional: Strain through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
  • Fill glasses with ice, then pour the blended mixture over.
  • Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes if serving later.
  • Garnish with strawberry slices and mint leaves before serving.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor and garnish with mint for a refreshing touch.
