Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then rinse under cold water and drain.
Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, chili garlic sauce, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
Add the cooled noodles to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
