Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare wire rack with cooking spray.
Crush cornflakes into coarse crumbs and place in a shallow dish.
Whisk eggs and milk in a separate dish. Mix flour with spices in another.
Set up breading station: flour, egg, then cornflakes. Season chicken.
Dip chicken in flour, then egg, then coat with cornflakes. Place on rack.
Spray chicken lightly with cooking spray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Notes
Ensure chicken is fully cooked before serving. For extra crunch, press cornflakes firmly onto chicken.
