  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1.5 cup corn flakes (finely crushed)
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 tsp egg
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Whisk egg and milk; mix crushed cornflakes with corn starch.
  • Dip chicken tenders into egg mixture, then coat with cornflake mixture.
  • Arrange tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with vegetable oil and bake for 25 minutes until golden.

Notes

For extra crunch, add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese to the coating.
