Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with olive oil.
Blend cottage cheese, Parmesan, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour the sauce evenly over them.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley or chives if desired before serving.
