A creamy and flavorful baked chicken dish featuring cottage cheese and Parmesan, perfect for a wholesome meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Optional garnish

  • chopped parsley or chives (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  • Blend cottage cheese, Parmesan, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour the sauce evenly over them.
  • Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley or chives if desired before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs or spices of your choice.
