A creamy, savory dip combining mushrooms, cottage cheese, and Parmesan, perfect for sharing at gatherings.

Mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onions until translucent (~3 min).
Add mushrooms and thyme; cook until lightly brown (~4-5 min). Set aside.
Blend cream cheese and cottage cheese until smooth.
Mix in parmesan and garlic powder. Fold in mushroom mixture and ¾ cup mozzarella. Transfer to dish, top with remaining mozzarella.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 min. Broil 2-3 min until golden. Let sit 10 min before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with crackers or bread for a delicious appetizer.
