A quick and healthy twist on pizza, these Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowls are packed with flavor and protein, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 2 cups full fat cottage cheese (or a 16 ounce container)
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1-1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2-3 ounces pepperoni (sliced)
  • For serving: crostini and mini peppers
  • Fresh basil for topping

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Spread mixture in oven-safe dish, then layer marinara, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Garnish with basil and serve with crostini and mini peppers.
