Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add ground beef, season, and brown. Stir in rice, tomatoes, and broth. Simmer 5 minutes.

Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Optional: add smoked paprika, chili flakes, or frozen peas for extra flavor.
