Instructions
Combine warm milk and sugar, sprinkle yeast, and let sit until frothy. Add eggs and salt, then mix in flour to form shaggy dough, knead until smooth.
Shape dough into a ball, place in greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 1-1.5 hours.
Melt butter, cook apples with sugar, cinnamon, salt, and cornstarch until tender, then cool.
Roll out dough, spread with butter, sprinkle with sugar mixture, add apple filling, roll tightly, and slice into 12 pieces.
Place rolls in greased dish, let rise 30-45 minutes, then bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Beat butter and cream cheese, add powdered sugar and cream to make frosting, then spread over warm rolls.
