These no-bake cranberry almond energy bites are a delicious and healthy snack, perfect for a quick energy boost anytime.
Ingredients
Dried Cranberries

raw almonds

dried cranberries

old fashioned oats

shredded coconut

pure maple syrup or pitted medjool dates, chopped
(Use dates for a sweeter flavor)

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until crumbly and well mixed.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Scoop 1 tablespoon portions and roll into 1-inch balls.
Roll the energy bites in shredded coconut or almond flour for a finished look.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.
