Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat butter, sugar, and orange zest until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; combine.
Add dry ingredients; fold in almonds and cranberries. Shape into two logs on baking sheets.
Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, then slice into 1/2" pieces.
Bake slices at 275°F for 30-40 minutes until crisp. Melt white chocolate and dip biscotti. Cool until set.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week for best freshness.
