Enjoy these crunchy, flavorful biscotti infused with orange zest, cranberries, and almonds, perfect for dipping in white chocolate.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoons orange zest
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup coarsely chopped toasted almonds (see note 2)
  • 3/4 cup coarsely chopped dried cranberries
  • 8 ounces white chocolate (chopped, for dipping) (see note 3)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat butter, sugar, and orange zest until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; combine.
  • Add dry ingredients; fold in almonds and cranberries. Shape into two logs on baking sheets.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, then slice into 1/2" pieces.
  • Bake slices at 275°F for 30-40 minutes until crisp. Melt white chocolate and dip biscotti. Cool until set.
