Streusel Topping

unsalted butter - melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line muffin pan with liners.
Mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon for streusel, add melted butter, and chill.
Combine dry ingredients; whisk wet ingredients; fold into dry.
Toss cranberries with flour; fold into batter gently.
Spoon batter into tins, top with streusel and cranberries, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18-20 mins.
