Instructions
Beat cream cheese, cheddar, ½ cranberries, ½ pecans, and 1 tablespoon chives until combined.
Shape mixture into a ball using greased hands, wrap in plastic, and chill for 1 hour.
Mix remaining cranberries, pecans, and chives on a plate.
Remove cheese ball from fridge, unwrap, and roll in the cranberry, pecan, and chive mixture.
Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving with crackers.
