Enjoy these crunchy, flavorful biscotti packed with tart cranberries and roasted pistachios, perfect for dipping in coffee or tea.
Ingredients
Dough

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk wet ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine wet and dry, then fold in cranberries and pistachios.
Shape dough into logs on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 mins.
Cool, slice diagonally, then bake slices at 325°F (160°C) for 8-10 mins per side until crisp.
