Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in oats, flour, vanilla, baking powder, and salt.
Press mixture into a 9-inch square pan. Spread cranberry sauce on top.
Make topping: melt butter, stir in brown sugar, oats, pecans, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over cranberry layer.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden. Cool and cut into 9 squares.
