Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (You can also use thighs for a juicier option.)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz can)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella, mixing cheeses can add texture)
  • 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth (Homemade broth can enhance flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
