Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado avocado, mashed
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup red onion, diced
  • 0.25 cup celery, diced

Seasonings

Wraps

  • 4 whole wheat wraps or tortillas whole wheat wraps or tortillas
  • optional Lettuce leaves (optional)

Instructions 

  • Mix shredded chicken, mashed avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, red onion, and celery in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
  • Lay out the wraps flat on a surface.
  • Spread the chicken salad mixture onto each wrap and roll tightly.
  • Cut in half and serve immediately or store for later.
