A delicious and nutritious smoothie combining creamy avocado, banana, and fresh lime for a refreshing treat.
Ingredients

ripe avocado

banana (frozen preferred)

cup
milk of choice
((almond, coconut, or dairy))

fresh lime juice

tablespoons
honey

fresh spinach (optional)

Instructions
Cut avocado, remove pit, and scoop flesh into blender. Peel and slice banana. Juice lime.
Pour milk, lime juice, and honey into blender.
Add avocado, banana, spinach (if using), and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Blend on low for 30 seconds, then high for 60-90 seconds until creamy.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with lime wedge or avocado slices if desired.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add a spoonful of Greek yogurt.
