A delicious and nutritious smoothie perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout boost. Packed with oats, banana, and Greek yogurt, it's both creamy and satisfying.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon nut or seed butter
  • 1 4 cup milk
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1 4 cup rolled oats

Additional ingredients

  • 4-5 ice cubes ice cubes
  • 1 ripe banana banana (ripe)

Instructions 

  • Add oats, milk, nut butter, banana, yogurt, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and ice to blender.
  • Blend for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add a splash of milk or a few more ice cubes.
