A rich and flavorful pasta dish featuring tender steak in a creamy Cajun Alfredo sauce, perfect for a satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning or more for extra spice
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta, cooked and drained

Garnish

  • as needed Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  • Rub the steak with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side, then rest and slice thinly.
  • Melt butter in the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and simmer. Whisk in Parmesan, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until coated. Top with sliced steak and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

For extra spice, add more Cajun seasoning or a dash of hot sauce.
