1/2cupunsalted chicken stock
1/2cupheavy cream
8ouncescream cheese (softened and diced)
1/2cupgrated parmesan cheese
16ouncespenne pasta (cooked and well drained)
3cupscooked shredded chicken
3cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
Garnish
to tastefresh chopped parsley (garnish, optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a 9×13 dish.
Make sauce: melt butter, whisk in flour, garlic powder, pepper, salt; cook 1 min.
Whisk in milk, chicken stock, cream; add cream cheese and parmesan; remove from heat.
Mix in cooked pasta and chicken; layer in dish with mozzarella; bake 20 min, broil until golden.
Notes
