A rich and creamy baked pasta dish combining tender chicken, al dente penne, and melted cheeses, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

cooked penne pasta
Chicken

boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced into bite-sized pieces
Sauce & Cheese

olive oil

cloves
garlic, finely minced

heavy cream

freshly grated Parmesan cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese

Italian seasoning

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook chicken in olive oil with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until browned, then add garlic and sauté briefly.
Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan, and whisk until smooth; simmer gently.
Mix cooked pasta with sauce, transfer to a greased baking dish, top with mozzarella, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Cool slightly, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half and half instead of heavy cream.
