A delicious twist on classic lasagna, combining tender chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and cheesy layers for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Noodles

  • 9 pieces lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 cups creamy alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook noodles, then set aside.
  • Mix shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Layer sauce, noodles, chicken mixture, ricotta, and mozzarella in a baking dish. Repeat layers.
  • Top with remaining sauce and cheeses, cover with foil, and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10-15 more minutes.
  • Let sit briefly before serving.

Notes

You can add extra vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for added flavor and nutrition.
