A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring tender chicken and a luscious Alfredo sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz Pasta (fettuccine or penne)

Protein

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs

Dairy & Oils

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 cloves Garlic (fresh)
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (Freshly grated)

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Oils

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Optional seasonings

  • optional Italian seasoning, Red pepper flakes, Parsley

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; save 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  • Cook seasoned chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through; remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream, simmer gently, then stir in Parmesan cheese; add pasta water if needed.
  • Slice chicken, add back to sauce, toss with pasta, and serve garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional Parmesan or fresh herbs before serving.
