Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; save 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
Cook seasoned chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through; remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, simmer gently, then stir in Parmesan cheese; add pasta water if needed.
Slice chicken, add back to sauce, toss with pasta, and serve garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional Parmesan or fresh herbs before serving.
